Tender description

2.1. The authority wishes to establish an agreement for the provision of monthly exit surveys at each of : — the National Railway Museum, — Locomotion, — the National Science and Media Museum and — the Science and Industry Museum, the “Services”. Interviewer administered monthly exit survey interviews at each of: — the National Railway Museum in York, — the National Science and Media Museum in Bradford, — the Science and Industry Museum in Manchester and Locomotion in Shildon. Fieldwork, and data-processing to be carried out by the agency (using Snap software). Project to conform to current practice for at least the first 12 months (until end of March 2020), with a review towards the end of the first year to allow for any minor changes in the following full year(s). Contract to cover 3 years (interviewing April 2019 to March 2022).
