Tender description

The Legionella Control and Management Services required by the Commissioner at the Premises shall include, but not be limited to: — Legionella risk assessments, — written schemes and recommendations, — drawings, — record management, — audit requirements, — monitoring, inspection and control measures, — testing and samplings, — cleaning and disinfection, — signage, — training, — general consultancy. The Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales requires a Legionella Control Association (“LCA”) accredited Contractor to carry out fully compliant Legionella Control and Management Services throughout its Premises.
