Saffron is a dynamic and successful housing association that finds and implements innovative solutions and aims to provide the optimum level of service to our customers. We operate in 4 counties within the Eastern Region, manage assets of 210 000 000 GBP and deliver housing services to residents of over 6 300 homes. We are committed to providing quality homes and services for people in Norfolk and throughout East Anglia. Saffron Housing Trust is looking to appoint one contractor per lot for the following 4 lots. However will not exclude contractor to bid for all 4 lots. Lot 1: Loft, Cavity Wall and External Wall Services; Lot 2: Internal and External Cyclical Painting Services including Decoration and Associated Works; Lot 3: Re-Roofing and Roofing Repairs and Associated Works; Lot 4: Scaffolding Services.
