Tender description

DCC needs to put in place a new agreement to replace the current Framework Agreement for the supply of minor works/civils and associated services DCWW/154/2013. The current framework is split into lots based on services (trades) and by geographical area. It is proposed to move away from the current model and put in place a framework split by geographical area with all contractors being capable of providing all the services, (multi-trade solution). Civil works will be excluded from this agreement. The agreement will ensure that the building fabric and building services of operational assets and sites are maintained in a safe and efficient manner. This will cover both pre-planned and reactive building maintenance.
