Tender description

The collaboration tools used in SOLAS are largely based on the 2010/2013 Microsoft technology stack, SOLAS wishes to leverage the existing investment in Microsoft Licensing to increase the collaboration capability for our users, both internally and with the wider FET sector. The goals for the project are as follows: • Successful adoption and integration of the Office 365 toolset within SOLAS • Promote collaboration and data sharing internally within SOLAS, and externally within the FET sector • Provide a secure, stable environment which supports employee mobility • Provide a better environment for meetings, making it easier for people to meet and connect online • Fully utilise the features and functionality of Office 365, providing an overall better ICT experience
