Tender description
The overall purpose of this brief is to procure a revised Playing Pitch Strategy for Lichfield District which will provide a strategic framework ensuring that the provision meets the local, community and future needs of residents and visitors to Lichfield District. Our current Playing Pitch strategy (PPS) was published in 2012 and formed part of the evidence base to support the adopted Lichfield District Local Plan Strategy 2008-2029. We know that following completion of the 2012 PPS and the adoption of our local Plan Strategy in 2015 that there have been changes to the existing provision within our District including investment in pitches and supporting infrastructure and that demand has increased.
