Home Group are in the early stages of sourcing an appropriate knowledge management tool for use both internally (for colleagues) and externally (for customers), through integration with our external website. Prior to formulating any formal procurement opportunity, we are seeking input from the market as to the available Knowledge Management solutions and implementation approaches to deliver our objectives. The aim of this soft market testing exercise is to improve Home Group’s understanding of current knowledge management solutions, best practice in the market, efficiencies and potential innovations to support us in the delivery of knowledge management strategy. Following market testing, a further demo may be requested, more tailored to specific capabilities for a wider audience within the business. We will then review the options available to us in line with our Procurement Policy.
