Tender description

Berneslai Homes are seeking to introduce a new IT solution to assist with the complex task of getting the nearest appropriately skilled trade operative to a repair or maintenance job at a time which suits the customer but is also the most efficient for the organisation. The Authority is only interested in understanding the Dynamic Work Scheduling element and no other aspect of a wider solution. No time will be given over to other modules or solutions outside of this scope. We do need to understand and be very clear on integration requirements as it is critical to the success of any implementation. Keywords: Dynamic Scheduling System
