Tender description

Demolition of 1,250 m2, new 2-storey extension of 4,391m2, temporary accommodation of 646 m2, ball courts, external store and site works, together with alterations to parts of the existing 1,887m2 area of school retained, including roof renewal and some internal upgrading works. The partial demolition of the existing school and the removal of existing pre-fabricated buildings; the provision of temporary school accommodation for the duration of the construction works; alterations and extension to the existing school and the construction of a new 2-storey extension comprising classrooms, laboratories, technical rooms, a special needs unit, social areas, administration rooms, stores, toilets and other ancillary spaces, an external store with covered yard, new ballcourts and associated site works.
