Construction work for multi-dwelling buildings and individual houses

Tender description

Construction of 78 dwellings in 2 and 3 storey buildings, comprising semi-detached, terraced, duplex and apartment type units, and all associated site development works. This is a 2 stage process for the procurement of a main works contractor for the construction of the housing development. This first stage is the pre-qualification and shortlisting of contractors. The second stage, the tender stage, the successful shortlisted Candidates will be requested to tender for the project. The works consist of the construction of 78 social housing dwellings, comprising semi-detached, terraced, duplex, and apartment type units. The site works will include the complete provision of infrastructural services, roads, footpaths, landscaping, etc. to service the site.
