Langstane Housing Association, Castlehill Housing Association and Osprey Housing are considering the creation of a Local Aberdeen and surrounding areas Kitchen and Bathroom Installation Framework. All the areas are detailed on the attached Map of Areas and details of the number of potential installs in each area are provided in the attached PIN Proposed Lots 1 – 4. This will suit suppliers who have a multi-skilled workforce; however, we are also interested in the specialist who undertakes Kitchen or Bathrooms in isolation and we are also interested in consortium interest from a group of bidders? Langstane Housing Association, Castlehill Housing Association and Osprey Housing are currently undertaking some market analysis for the potential procurement for the Framework.
