Tender description

Choice Housing Ireland intends to enter into Contracts with the successful tenderers for the maintenance, repair and improvement of its properties in Lots 3 and 4 to meet its repairing obligations as a landlord. The contract will be let on an “all-inclusive” basis incorporating the National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates suite of documentation as set out in the draft articles of agreement completed in accordance with the contract details included with the procurement documents. Full details on the service will be provided in the procurement documents.
