Repair and maintenance services

Tender description

Derry City and Strabane District Council wishes to appoint 6 suitably qualified and experienced firms, for each panel, in the following disciplines: (a) General building maintenance services; (b) Ground works services; (c) Mechanical/plumbing services; (d) Electrical services; (e) Painting/decorating services (Dedicated recognised painting contractors only); (f) Fencing services — to include all types of security/boundary fencing, hand railing and guard railing. The services required, within each panel, shall consist of planned and unplanned works comprising of upgrades, refurbishments, fit outs, demolitions and running repairs. The tender is for a period of 3 years. Works to include all types of building/remedial works including block/stud walls, 1st and 2nd fix joinery, roofing, plastering, repair/replacement of rain water goods, play area repairs, transportation/erection/dismantling of equipment for Council events/ festivals.
