Tender description

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council wishes to appoint suitably experienced mechanical contractors who would be placed on a framework to carry out planned and reactive maintenance throughout Council’s Estate for the period of 22.7.2019 to 31.7.2021 (with an option to extend for up to a maximum of 24 months, subject to review and performance). These properties will be located primarily within the Council Borough area. The scope of works includes the servicing and repairs to the following elements of Council properties: — oil fired heating and associated plant (domestic and commercial size), — natural gas and LPG heating and associated plant (domestic and commercial size), — biomass heating and associated plant, — controls (primarily trend BMS), — smoke vents, — swimming pool plant, — non-domestic mechanical plant (including heavy pipe), — plumbing, — HVAC.
