Tender description
Sykehusinnkjøp Hospital Trust was founded 17.12.2015. The former Legemiddelinnkjøpssamarbeidet (LIS) was transferred to Sykehusinnkjøp Hospital Trust 1.9.2016 and was renamed to the division for pharmaceuticals. Sykehusinnkjøp Hospital Trust has 4 owners: the Southern and Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority, the Northern Norway Regional Health Authority, the Central Norway Regional Health Authority and the Western Norway Regional Health Authority. The 4 regional health authorities have 25 % owner shares each. The Trust shall have the strategic and operative responsibility for procurements related to the specialised health care service. The Contracting Authorities shall enter framework agreements for special pharmaceutical preparations with requirements for approval exemptions, in accordance with annex 3 (List of active ingredients). The total contract value is approx. 68 000 000 NOK per year annum based on previous consumption. The contract shall cover the need at all times. Previous consumption in 2018 is only a guidelines for the consumption in the pending agreement period.
