A Framework Agreement in multiple Lots for the manufacturing and/or supply of Energy Measurement Systems and associated equipment for Gas Networks Ireland. Lot 1 – A Single Party Framework for the supply of G4, G10 and G16 Diaphragm Meters for custody transfer measurement of natural gas in cubic metres, and associated spares. Lot 2 – A Single Party Framework for the supply of Rotary Positive Displacement (RPD) meters for custody transfer measurement of natural gas. Lot 3 – A Single Party Framework for the supply of PN16 and MID approved Turbine Meters for custody transfer measurement of natural gas. Lot 4 – A single party Framework for the supply of Class-Rated and MID approved Turbine Meters ranging in size G65 to G10000 with pressure classification ANSI 150 to 900, including high pressure calibration up to 50 Barg and technical services. Lot 5 – A multi-party Framework for the supply of Electronic Flow Computers, Meter Pulse barrier interface device, Data Loggers and Volume conversion devices to: log and transmit telemetry signals including pressure, temperature and gas Volume flows; convert volume flows at line conditions to Standard conditions; integration of flow quantities; computations of equations of state; energy calculations; and telemetry communications.As per the PQQ document. Lot 6 (A&B) Lot 6a: Systems integration services including Design services for systems that include Metering and/or Gas and/or Odorant Measurement Systems. For Lot 6, Tenderers can tender for both lots 6A and 6B or tender for an individual lot. Lot 7 – A multi-party Framework agreement for the supply of PN and Class-Rated Ultrasonic Metering equipment and/or Systems with pressure classification PN16 or ANSI 150 to 900, including high pressure calibration and technical services for flows up to 150 000 scmh. As per the PQQ document. Lot 6 (A&B) Lot 6b: Metering and/or Gas and/or Odorant Measurement equipment, including: — Gas Chromatographs to C6+ with nitrogen and carbon dioxide; helium or hydrogen carrier gas. Supply of ancillary let down regulators and bottle rack assemblies, controllers and sample probes. Provision of technical support services. — Field located gas chromatographs configured with ability to measure C9+ components and/or H2S and/or odorant content. Units to have both hard wired digital and analogue signal along with digital communications capability to monitor and track all equipment and process information. — Chilled mirror type unit moisture analyser to measure hydrocarbon dew point (HCDP) and moisture content respectively. (Tenderers should note Lot 6B is a separate standalone lot). For Lot 6, Tenderers can tender for both lots 6A and 6B or tender for an individual lot.
