Tender description
South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced provider of the above Services The contract will be for an initial term of 3 years with an option to SYPTE to extend by up to 1 further year. Services summary The services will include the following but is not limited to:- Planned maintenance works and statutory testing in line with legislation and best practice of 10 passenger lifts, 1 platform lift and 3 escalators Reactive maintenance/repair during working hours and outside working hours, including emergency cover Reactive maintenance/repair work on lifts to be an all-inclusive contract for parts and labour Locations: Interchanges at Sheffield, Rotherham, Meadowhall and Barnsley Mini-Interchange at Adwick General buildings - Head Office Building, Broad Street West, Sheffield Estimated value £30,000 to £40,000 per annum
