Tender description
PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS ADVERT UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN SUCCESSFUL IN THE ITN STAGE OF THIS PROJECT. The objective of this project is to procure and transition to a single aggregated service for the provision of IT support services to TfL. Technology and Data (T&D) is accountable for running the technical services required for TfL to deliver its core public transport services. These technical services cover all forms of IT hardware (from desktops to laptops, mobile devices to servers), software (over 2,000 applications) and network infrastructure. Two major IT service contracts which support this delivery are due to end: - The Primary Service Desk (PSD) contract where the current service provider is Atos - The Deskside Support (DSS) contract where the current service provider is Computacenter.
