EST LJMU 19/03 Inspection and Maintenance Service for Stage Lighting And Associated Equipment

Tender description

The Tenderer is to provide a maintenance and inspection service for the stage lighting, lifting equipment, curtain tracks and various associated equipment as per specification and schedule of works. The systems covered under this contract are: JH Makin Drama Studios, No.1 Hope Place, L1 9BG. John Foster Building Drama Theatre, 98 Mount Pleasant, L3 5UZ. Redmonds Building TV Studio, Clarence Street, L3 5UG. John Lennon Art Design, Johnson Foundation Auditorium, 2 Duckinfield Street, L3 5RD. Sudley Drama Studio, IM Marsh Sudley Building, Barkhill Rd, Merseyside, Liverpool L17 6BD The above systems may be subject to change throughout the contract period due to additions or removal of systems. The contract period will be three years with an option to extend for a maximum period of two further years of rolling increments of twelve months up to a total contract period of 5 years. Extensions to the contract period shall be by mutual agreement - subject to the Contract Administrator's approval, and subject to the Contractor's willingness to continue, provided that three month's notice is given by the Contract Administrator to the Contractor. Inspection frequencies will be annual with the exception of the JFB Drama truss system, which will be 6 monthly. Further details can be found within the 'EST LJMU 19/03 ITT' document.
