Business Case Resource Support for the Development of the Wight Innovation Hub.

Tender description

The Isle of Wight Council ("the Authority") invites Quotes from suitably qualified suppliers ("Potential Suppliers") for the provision of Business Case Resource Support for the Development of the Wight Innovation Hub. Isle of Wight has submitted a proposal to the Local Enterprise Partnership for the renovation and redevelopment of the ground floor of Rangefinder House and Building 41 to become the Innovation Wight Centre. The centre will provide a focus for Isle of Wight companies to grow and expand with strong contacts with the knowledge base and a range of local, regional and national business support services. The following outputs will be enabled: • SME Growth; • Improved productivity in priority sectors; • Connecting communities and businesses (digital and transport) • Employment growth • Developing skills and talent; • Pioneering innovation and research The service is to support the development of the final business case for the redevelopment of the Wight Innovation Hub. We are seeking support to review the current outline business case and support the Council and LEP partnership to develop the current proposal into a full business case, where a proposed Council and LEP partnership will be able to move to implement the redevelopment of the site.
