Tender description

Provision of research to understand what customer's views on Scottish Water's future strategy would be if they understood: (a) the potential consequences or benefits of different approaches and (b) their associated impacts on charges for water supply and wastewater services. The Customer Forum is keen to understand if customers’ willingness to pay changes if customers understand the benefits and price impacts of alternative approaches. In the context of the different aspects of Scottish Water’s strategy set out below we seek to understand: (i) the value that customers attach to the issues described, (ii) how customers’ views change as they are given more information about how issues could evolve and (iii) whether there are demographic differences in attitude.
