Tender description
It is a mandatory requirement that Staff/Contractors have to undergo a medical examination prior to commencing an assignment with the British High Commission in India. To this effect BHC intends to empanel one or more Hospitals / diagnostic laboratories chain to provide Pre-Employment Medical Check-up services. The empaneled Hospitals / diagnostic Laboratories will be required to demonstrate their ability in the following areas: a. Experienced in the delivery of Pre-Employment Medical Check services in India. b. Able to provide excellent support and customer service. c. Able to provide agreed services within specified SLAs (Mentioned below). d. Actively pursues opportunities for value for money. e. Flexible in its approach and is able to respond quickly to changing requirements. f. Either operates seamlessly across India trough tie-ups with local service providers or has a presence over a wider network in India. g. Fully complies with contractual obligations
