Tender description
The University wishes to appoint a suitable contractor to provide water treatment analysis and dosing of closed heating and cooling systems within its properties to ensure compliance with all relevant guidance, legislation and University Policy and Procedures. The period of the contract is for 36 months with an option to extend for a further 12 months by mutual agreement. It is anticipated that following appointment, the successful contractor will undertake the defined validation of the closed heating and cooling systems and its associated equipment. The validation will include the closed heating and cooling systems and its associated equipment listed in the attached site schedule. Additional systems identified will be added to the asset register and the appropriate adjustments made. The tender is for the appointment of a main contractor for this scheme.
