Tender description
The Youth Engagement and Progression (YEP) programme has been developed in response to a Leeds City Region (LCR) European Structural Investment Fund (ESIF) call for a Programme to support those Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET). The programme will provide support to young people who are NEET, participants will be predominantly aged 16-19 with some support for other age groups who present with specific needs. YEP will focus its support towards marginalised individuals and the unemployed. Acting as a bridge from not in employment, education and training (NEET) YEP will support individuals to address complex barriers to return to or remain in education, employment (EET).
