Tender description

Attend 2 sites, 2 visits per annum, for service inspection and oil sample of each Emergency Generator. The following 7 emergency generators are located at the Castle Hill Hospital site and require 2 annual full service inspections, examination and off load testing of each generator. An annual oil sample is also required for each generator. 1 x Cummins 750kva (serial number 444707), site location Castle Hill Hospital, Cardio/Block 89. 1 x Perkins 250kva, site location, Castle Hill Hospital, Daisy/Block 41. 1 x Cummins 660kva (serial number 33101801), site location Castle Hill Hospital, Catering/Bock 41. 1 x Rolls Royce 700kva (serial number 6A2722747074), site location Castle Hill Hospital, Surgical/Block 73. 1 x Volvo 500kva (serial number 21379101), site location Castle Hill Hospital, DSU3/Block 86. 1 x Cummins 750kva (serial number 378305), site location Castle Hill Hospital, Oncology/Block 89. 1 x Volvo 350kva (serial number 212064773), site location, Castle Hill Hospital, Centenary/Block 54. The following emergency generator is located at the Harrow Street site and requires 2 annual full service inspections, examination and off load testing of the generator. An annual oil sample is also required for the generator. 1 x Scania 400kva (serial number 6511364), site location, Harrow Street, Sterile Services. Periodic maintenance and inspection report is required after each visit, detailing all above requirements have been met.
