Tender description

This is a contract award notice for St Mungo's heating and plumbing repair and maintenance contract; covering domestic and commercial assets and specific drainage services to St Mungo's properties. The contract is split into 3 lots. Domestic boiler servicing to St Mungo's properties and real lettings. Servicing and repair of commercial boilers at St Mungo's sites. This lot is primarily for, but not limited to: — rotary cleaning services, — pressure jetting services and sum pit maintenance services, particularly for a number of key large hostels and shared houses which have historically suffered from severe drainage blockages.
