Norfolk County Council (NCC) is seeking to establish Framework Agreement of fund management services providers, which can be used by East of England contracting authorities and their wholly owned companies. The initial requirement relates to a venture capital co-investment fund of approximately 10 000 000 GBP that invests into SMEs developing or selling products or services which have a carbon reduction impact in the New Anglia LEP, Herts LEP and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority areas. Capitalised by ERDF and managed by an SPV Holding Company jointly owned by NCC and UEA the fund will be required to deliver a number of non-financial as well as financial outcomes. Other funding opportunities may arise for which the Framework Agreement would be used to source fund managers.
