Tender description

YPO are looking for providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the provision of apprenticeship standards and associated training. The framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations. Each lot is broken down into 3 Tiers. Tier 1 is the region, Tier 2 is the apprenticeship route and Tier 3 is the apprenticeship standard. The Tier 2 routes are: — agriculture, environmental and animal care, — business and administration, — catering and hospitality, — childcare and education, — construction, — creative and design, — digital, — engineering and manufacturing, — hair and beauty, — health and science, — legal, finance and accounting, — protective services, — sales, marketing and procurement, — social care, — transport and logistics. The framework is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO’s internal requirements. This framework is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) and therefore subject to the limited regulation and will be conducted in accordance with Regulations 74 to 76 Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The framework period will be: 1.8.2018 to 31.7.2020 with 2 options to extend for an additional 12 months(2+1+1). Each lot is broken down into 3 Tiers. A list of the Tier 3 standards can be found on the following link, as well as within the tender documents: https://www.instituteforapprenticeships.org/apprenticeship-standards/ This framework will be re-opened on a quarterly basis first year of the framework and on a 6-monthly basis for the remainder of the framework to allow for new suppliers in the market to bid to be a part of the Framework Agreement and to allow YPO to add/amend any new standards that are approved. Suppliers who are already on the Framework Agreement can re-submit a bid for the new standards. If YPO feel that these timescales don’t run in-line with market changes we will give a months’ notice to amend these time periods. The apprenticeship market is changing and developing across all of the public sector and YPO want to ensure that we can meet the needs of both providers and customers. Each time YPO re-opens the framework, we will submit a corrigendum notice to update the list of awarded suppliers.
