Tender description
Rail Infrastructure Investigation Ltd (RIIL) is a proposed spin-out from Durham’s Department of Earth Sciences,The University of Sheffield’s Department of Physics and St Mary’s University, Twickenham, Department of Physics. It intends to conduct surveys of Victorian rail infrastructure and a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is required to take full responsibility for all commercial aspects from “pre-spin-out” to fully-fledged company with revenues in the region 10 000 000 GBP - 30 000 000 GBP. The initial brief of the executive plan will be to: (a) review existing business aspirations, market landscape, IP landscape and write a summary report; (b) write a market research report; (c) write a proposition for investors and present it to 4; (d) secure a likely first investment or partnership agreement.
