Tender description

The University completed a mini competition through Lot 1 - Desktops of the National Desktop and Notebook Agreement (NDNA) framework, for the provision of Desktop Devices. It is expected that computers will continue to improve in efficiency and effectiveness over the contract period. It is further expected that the next generation of systems will have a working lifetime of five to seven years, during which time they will not require any form of enhancement or upgrade. It is accepted that computers are typically provided with a three year warranty. The University uses Windows 10 on all corporate machines. To facilitate integration with present systems, desktop computers must be capable of supporting the software currently offered on the University networks.
