Tender description

St Leger Homes of Doncaster Ltd provides the management of approximately 20,000 homes and a portfolio of other properties on behalf of Doncaster Council. The health, safety and welfare of our employees, tenants, contractors and members of the public are of paramount importance to the Company. In order to comply with its obligations under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, Health and Safety at Work Act and other relevant legislation, the Company are seeking to partner with contractor(s) for the delivery of various Asbestos Management Services. The services to be procured via this contract are surveys, sampling, and air monitoring, and training services. The contract will be awarded on the basis of Lots as follows. Lot 1 - Provision of Asbestos Surveys, Sampling and Air Monitoring. Lot 3 - Provision of Asbestos Training. Asbestos removal services (Lot 2) is currently contracted and this will be tendered separately in the future as available contract extensions are planned to be utilised. The contract is for two years with three further options to extend of 12 months each.
