Tender description

HHP wish to inform the market of its intention to tender for the provision of reactive and planned maintenance across its estate and undertake initial market engagement through the form of a Request for Information included within this prior information notice. We would appreciate if you could return the RFI to hhp@altprocurement.co.uk by 3.5.2019. It is anticipated that the contract will include for: — responsive repairs, — planned maintenance, — voids works, — cyclical maintenance (annual maintenance for the following), — gas servicing inspection/servicing, — renewable heating inspection/servicing, — door entry systems inspection/servicing (common areas), — communal lighting inspection/servicing (common areas), — flue cleaning, — communal TV/satellite inspection/servicing, — hoist/stairlift inspection/servicing, — gutter cleaning, — emergency and fire detection inspection/servicing (common areas), — periodic electrical testing and PAT testing, — playpark inspections, — legionella inspection/servicing. HHP's repairs and planned maintenance service is a key service for tenants. It is of fundamental importance in determining their views on quality and value for money of the services they receive and the standard of their homes. It is anticipated that the contract will include for: — responsive repairs — planned maintenance (annual programme of planned preventative maintenance) — voids works (changes of tenancies) — cyclical maintenance (annual maintenance for the following) — gas servicing inspection/servicing — renewable heating inspection/servicing — door entry systems inspection/servicing (common areas) — communal lighting inspection/servicing (common areas), — flue cleaning, — TV/Satellite inspection/servicing (common areas), — hoist/stairlift inspection/servicing, — gutter cleaning, — emergency and fire detection inspection/servicing, — periodic electrical testing and PAT testing, — playpark inspections, — legionella inspection/servicing.
