Tender description

The existing leap operations contracts, including but not limited to the provision of sales and related services of child 16-18 and student leap cards and provision of leap operations services, are due to expire and therefore public procurement is necessary. The Authority has established a programme to retender these services. This will entail drafting the requirements (reasonably similar to existing requirements) and undertaking a procurement process to procure a supplier to operate the different systems. The Authority wishes to engage a service provider to provide an experienced project manager to manage the drafting of requirements, the procurement process and the operational transition to a new supplier/contract, including the formal acceptance process to the existing leap operations team of the Authority.
