Tender description

Y2019 is seeking provider(s) for the supply of temporary overlay planning and delivery services, to support the successful delivery of the UCI 2019 Road World Championships. The procurement is split into a range of lots. It is possible to bid for 1, more than 1, or all Lots. Y2019 is seeking bids from suppliers to fulfil the role of Principle Contractor (PC) for the Harrogate Official Event Site areas: Provision of 4 structures for the Harrogate venue: a VIP Hospitality Lounge (located in the Hospitality Area); a workforce break tent (located in the BOH and Technical Compound), a main merchandising shop (located in the Fan Zone) and the main performance stage (located in the Fan Zone). Provision of small structures including small tents, scaffolding/platforms, cable bridges (Technical compound) (non-walkable), course arches (circuit) (including siting and ballast), cable containment (technical compound, Fan Zone, as required). Provision of cabins (site cabins suitable for office working and general welfare provision), temporary toilets (spectator toilets to be placed in the Fan Zone), storage containers and site fencing. Provision of vehicle trackway (1000 m2) and pedestrian trackway (500 m2).
