Bolton at Home are a charitable community benefit society that works to make people’s lives better by providing quality housing, giving people opportunities to prosper and helping customers to maximise their income. Bolton at Home requires an IT partner to provide a wide range of IT infrastructure and support services. This procurement is for the retender of an existing contract which is due to expire on 30.6.2020. Bolton at Home has selected the Restricted Procedure under PCR (2015) for this procurement. The restricted procedure is a 2-stage process and will enable the Company to assess the applicant’s capability to provide the scope of services required by the company. Bolton at Home requires an IT partner to provide a wide range of IT Infrastructure and Support Services which cover: — end user computing, — networks and telephony, — datacentres and hosting, — applications management. This procurement is for the retender of an existing contract which is due to expire on 30.6.2020. The value of the contract for the initial term is estimated to be between 4 000 000 GBP and 6 000 000 GBP, with extensions taking the full potential full estimated value between 8 000 000 GBP and 10 000 000 GBP.
