o To deliver practical and theoretical training in construction skills, bricklaying to participants of the Black Country Impact project who have basic knowledge but would like to build on this to pursue a career in the Construction Industry. o The programme is aimed at eligible 16-29 year olds who live in the Black Country and are not in employment, education or training (NEET). o To gain and build on knowledge and practical skills in bricklaying, this may include but is not limited to:
