Tender description

To establish a new project monitor contract for the Woodberry Down Estate Regeneration Programme. The project monitor services role coordinates amongst all of the PDA partners. Also to ensure that the interests of the Council are protected. To this end the project monitor must be able to advise the Council on matters such as overage, viability, timescales in relation to the development and give advice on, or draft, proposed variations to the PDAs. The role of the project monitor as part of the Woodberry Down Estate Regeneration Programme is set out within the PDA. The regeneration of Woodberry Down is guided by a Principal Development Agreement (PDA), a legal agreement setting out the roles and responsibilities of the regeneration partners: London Borough of Hackney (LBH), Berkeley Homes (BH) and Notting Hill Genesis (NHG). The project monitor provides financial and technical advice and other information relevant to the project monitor role as required, to the Council on a regular basis. The project monitor also interacts with the other development partners to ensure technical, legal and financial information is provided, as required by the PDA.
