Tender description

Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council (ABC) seek tenders from suitably qualified service providers for the delivery of a programme of export support and inward investment activity in line with Council’s Global Dimensions Strategy. Given the breadth of the services required, Council expects that a consortium bid may be required and welcomes bids from either single providers (where they can demonstrably deliver the full scope of works) or a consortium of providers. Where a consortium bid is submitted, a lead contractor must be clearly identified, and key personnel, roles and responsibilities must be clearly defined against lots.
