Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council plans to fit out the existing first floor open plan offices at Beaconsfield Court, Hatfield to create approximately 30 new business start-up units. The council is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to manage and construct the project. It is a requirement of this contract that the new facility is open by 20th December 2019. Contractors will need to demonstrate that they are able to meet this deadline. The Council has allocated a budget of £1,400,000 excluding fees for this project.
