Tender description

A mystery shopping services is required covering the whole of the UK and NI for 2 current products. Firstly the Health and Safety and Environment Test which is delivered through 2 different forms of test centres. This will require the services of an experienced professional organisation to deliver a robust managed mystery shop program. In addition CITB will require an on demand mystery shopping service for centres delivering the 1 day Site Safety Plus Health and Assessment Health and Safety Awareness training courses. This would involve the attendance of a mystery shopper at a whole day training session to ensure that both the course is being delivered to the standard required and that candidates are being provided with the specified coursed materials.
