Tender description

The replacement and refurbishment of passenger and goods lifts at specified locations across the Royal Borough of Greenwich. The works are in relation to the replacement and refurbishment of passenger and goods lifts at specified locations across the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Specifically the works required include: (i) The replacement of selected existing passenger and goods lifts in buildings owned by Greenwich; (ii) Carrying out essential refurbishment and upgrade works to selected existing passenger and goods lifts to bring them up to a modern standard and extend their useful life; (iii) Carry out all builders work, decorations and remedials associated with the works; (iv) Carry out any asbestos removal works as may be required.
