Tender description

The service provision may include but not limited to the following: — provision of hosted servers suitable for web, application and database servers, — provision, maintenance, and patching of host OS, — resources provided for the servers must be scalable (Additional Ram, CPU, and Storage as required), — additional servers may be required throughout the life of the framework, — backup and restore as a service, — monitoring of environment, — VPN access to servers. It is anticipated that this RFT will issue at the end of Q2 2019 for implementation in Q3 2019.
