HS&E Test & One Day Site Safety Plus HAS Course Mystery Shopper

Tender description

A mystery shopping services is required covering the whole of the UK and NI for two current products. Firstly the Health & Safety & Environment Test which is delivered through two different forms of test centres. This will require the services of an experienced professional organisation to deliver a robust managed mystery shop program. In addition CITB will require an on demand mystery shopping service for centres delivering the 1 day Site Safety Plus Health & Assessment Health & Safety Awareness training courses. This would involve the attendance of a mystery shopper at a whole day training session to ensure that both the course is being delivered to the standard required and that candidates are being provided with the specified coursed materials. This will be for 12 months plus a further 12 months subject to review
