Tender description

Lichfield District Council (LDC) and Tamworth Borough Council (TBC) are seeking to commission a specialist consultancy to undertake and complete a Housing and Economic Development Needs Assessment (HEDNA) to identify the future housing and employment growth needs across the two administrative areas. This will need to be prepared in accordance with the national guidance contained within the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) & Planning Practice Guidance (PPG). This study will form an integral part of the evidence base for the new Local Plans for Lichfield District (2016-2036) and Tamworth Borough (2016-2036).
