Tender description

The project comprises 63 two storey units of varying types as detailed in the tender information. Each tendering contractor, on a pass/fail basis to qualify as a tenderer, must be compliant with at least 2 of the following 3 criteria: 1) Has completed a housing contract of similar scope and complexity as St Cuthbert’s Park; 2) Has completed a 5 000 000 EUR project to an accelerated construction program; 3) Has completed a project using a certified systemised building component comprising at least 10 % of the value of the project.
