Whole plant in modular construction — expandable afterwards. Freely programmable control with touch panel display. Production of long roll convoluted products and crescent shaped products possible by attachment of convoluting unit. Stainless steel components used in manufacture of roll plant. Good accessibility of all essential components for cleaning and maintenance. Optional pre-prover with direct transfer (bypass pre-prover for setting of round dough pieces). Also available with final prover. The modular production system will include: 1) Dough divider/rounder; 2) Pre-rolling unit; 3) Intermediate prover; 4) Stamping station; 5) Forming station; 6) Removable ring donut station; 7) Programmable tray setting unit (to set down x 2 18 x 30 inch trays); 8) Freely Programmable Control (PLC); 9) Donut station; 10) Installation, commissioning and training; 11) Guarantee, parts supply and technical support. The pre-rolling unit with working width 800 mm, top mounted height adjustable pressure board and driven bottom belt; 3) Intermediate prover. Nominal width 800 mm, approximately 190 fillable swings for a resting time of approximately 8 minutes at adjusted 25 strokes/min.; 4) Stamping station. Include 5 sets of stamping tools that allow for a very quick changeover from one product to another. Maximum hourly output rate of 14 400 at a performance of 30 strokes per minute; 5) Forming station. The forming station is capable of producing long-rolled or flattened products as well as the forming of convoluted or convoluted long rolls products; 6) Removable ring donut station. This forming station will also be capable of producing ring donuts; 7) Programmable tray setting unit (to set down x 2 18 x 30 inch trays). The setting unit will enable a precise and automatic setting of the formed dough pieces on baking trays; 8) Freely programmable Control (PLC). PLC will have a link to remote access; 9) Donut Station. 6 row operation, hourly capacity up 10 800 pieces; 10) Installation, commissioning and training.
