Tender description

Wandsworth Borough Council is seeking a Contractor to design, supply and install a fire detection and alarm system within the Wandsworth Civic Campus. The contractor will also be required to provide maintenance services to the system when required. The duration of the contract is envisaged to be for a period of 5 years with the option to agree on any number of extension of up to further 5 years at the Council's absolute discretion. Wandsworth Borough Council is seeking a contractor to design, supply and install a fire detection and alarm system within the Wandsworth Civic Campus. The contractor will also be required to provide maintenance services to the system when required. Tenderers will be required to design a fire detection and alarm solution which provides flexibility and is future proof to align to any changes in the civic campus buildings over the next 5-10 years. The contract will be for a period of 5 years with the option to agree on any number of extensions of up to a further 5 years at the Council’s absolute discretion. The competition process will follow the competitive procedure with negotiation.
