Tender description

Hull City Council Events Equipment requirements. The scope of this project is to have in place solutions to be able to hire various types of events equipment and services to enable Hull City Council to host a wide variety of events. The tender will cover the following areas: Single Unit Portable Toilets First Aid Provision Christmas Lighting Provision The scope of this project is to have in place suppliers to provide hire of equipment required by Hull City Council and its wholly owned companies, Hull Culture and Leisure Ltd when holding events with throughout the City. Lot 3: Single Unit Portable Toilets (a) award to a single provider to supply all the single unit portable toilet hire requirements at key recurring events; (b) this lot will be awarded to a maximum of 4 providers to supply all the single unit portable toilet hire requirements at any event held throughout the City other than the recurring events held detailed in Lot 3a. Either direct awards or further competitions will be run with the successful providers to award specific requirements of an event. The scope of this project is to have in place suppliers to provide hire of equipment required by Hull City Council and its wholly owned companies, Hull Culture and Leisure Ltd when holding events with throughout the City. This lot will be awarded to a single provider to deliver the required first aid provision at key recurring events and any other event held throughout the City. The scope of this project is to have in place suppliers to provide hire of equipment required by Hull City Council and its wholly owned companies, Hull Culture and Leisure Ltd when holding events with throughout the City. This lot will be awarded to a single provider to supply all the Christmas Light hire requirements for the City Centre each year.
