Enterprise Coach

Tender description

The Enterprise Coach's responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): • Championing core Agile principles and practices within the product group and wider organization. • Contributing to developing the services provide by Agile Centre of Excellence. • Conducting Agile maturity assessments in consultant with the product group to identify key improvements areas and support teams in their Agile maturity journey. • Coaching and mentoring the product group, including all roles and functions. • Supporting Product Owners with creating product roadmaps, defining release strategy and supporting release activities. • Helping resolve product group and organisation level impediments through troubleshooting and innovative problem solving. • Supporting and protecting an environment conducive to team self-organisation. • Promoting team self-organisation through empowerment. • Supporting the capture of empirical data to adjust forecasts. • Supporting activities such as reporting on sprint/release progress, budget tracking and team metrics. • Motivating team, supporting conflict resolution, promoting team successes and challenging failings.
