Tender description

The project comprises 63 two storey units of varying types as detailed in the tender information. Each tendering contractor, on a pass/fail basis to qualify as a tenderer, must be compliant with at least two of the following three criteria: 1. Has completed a housing contract of similar scope and complexity as St. Cuthbert’s Park. 2. Has completed a €5,000,000 project to an accelerated construction program. 3. Has completed a project using a certified systemised building component comprising at least 10% of the value of the project.
